Vespa — Worst Experience with Vespa dealers

I have purchased vespa 125 cc zx vehicle on 30/08/2022. At the time of selling the vehicle they told like 2000rs petrol coupon will be provided as a gift if i purchase in that timeline. After i purchased within that timeline on[protected], i have received a petrol coupon message for redemption. When i show that message in the petrol bunk they told they need the redemption code. So i have went to the showroom and explained the situation to them. But they told we are only dealers and this will be resolved only by the vespa company person and they suggested the company person name (Prashant) who will be responsible for this. After that i have connected with him and he told i sent the mail to the headquarters and will resolve this issue within 1 week. But its going to be 8 months since i purchased this vehicle and still my issue is not resolved. That company guy is not responding to my phone calls and when i go the showroom the dealers is also not helping me out. It's very disgusting that to sell the vehicle they are telling so many things but once the vehicle is sold they are not caring about their customers. I am very tired in following up this issue and i had a very worst experience with this dealers and that company guy (Prashant).
