Vespa — wrong e challan | |
Respected sir, I have received wrong echallan dated 16 july 2019 stating Prohibited parking and obstructing traffic flow. With a image of an auto. And i am student i neither have any auto nor i know how to drive it. I have vespa. This is a clear case of error in manual entry. Please consider this and drop the charge. Details Vehicle no.
