Videcon — Tv Panel

I have purchased Videocon UHDTVVNB50Q519SA TV in Aug-16. I was getting an issue on my TV Panel as it was under warranty I called customer care on[protected] and they told me your panel is under warranty please pay 800/- service charge to our service provider 247 and will send panel as a replacement.
I have paid the amount in Jan-20 and waiting since Jan-2020 for my Panel. Whenever I call them or mail them they say the product is approved and it is in dispatch. It has been more than 9 months still no product is sent to me.
Can you please resolve this issue? The only way is to buy a new one or spend more 10-12k on existing TV Panel and a new Panel from other service providers will come without Warranty.
