I have purchased Videocon UHDTVVNB50Q519SA TV in Aug-16. I was getting an issue on my TV Panel as it was under warranty I called customer care on[protected] and they told me your panel is under warranty please pay 800/- service charge to our service provider 247 and will send panel as a replacement.

We have purchase the Videocon LED tv in 2016 with extended warranty and we are not facing a problem that sound in the LED is not coming we register a complaint on customer care complaint number GHA[protected] where Monu name service engineer came to my house and checked the LED tv he mentioned that IC of that sound bar is faulty and in this case whole cabinet will be changed he mentioned that it will take 15-30 days to get the part. Worst service after sales. I have logged a complain on 13 may 2018 complain number - luc[protected]. I haven't got any response after visiting of technician. When i call they cut my phone or they misbehave, sometimes they talk very rude way. I am fed up from their worst service.

Getting mail from the fake email id similar to some of the reputed organisation as a call letter to attend interview. Deposit money in the name of individual of HR Department for sending air ticket to attend the interview to ascertain the genuinely of the candidate, the amount will be refund when you attend the interview.
