Videcon — Fraud Email of Direct employment with VIDEOCON

Dear Sir/Madam

I have received a direct email from Videocon for direct employment with them .
But as per the attached file they have demanded Rs. 6,000 (Six thousand Only) as a security money for an interview at their H. O 174, GK-I , New Delhi.

Please have a look on the attached doc. and would request you to take a necessary action against the person sending such type of mails and cheating innocent people and playing with their feelings.

Videcon — phone in service center without part for 30 days without repair

I have bought a cell phone v1300 3 months back on 6th august i had insert sim problem and handed over to Accel forntline service center in kolkata for the product within warranty.

till now videcon have not provied me working condition hand set and max time limit is 20 from deposit ,,
i want to no how can i sue the Videocon company which donot have the capacity to repair its own product.

Videcon — Maano Ya na Mano Offer - Bond Money Usurped!

I have been cracking my head with Videocon people to get REFUND for my Maano Ya Naa Maano offer payments made to Video-'Con'.

The 7000/- Rs bond plus 4500 Rs Handling charges will fetch you a very basic plasma tv that is good only for Railway stations and public places. The device doesn't come with remote control nor does it have an AV jack to plug a DVD player!!!!! They took additional 16,990/- just to provide a remote control on their 32" Plasma TVs saying this was not part of their 'SCHEME".

Not wanting to create trouble and having fallen for this "Maano Ya Naa Maano" trap, I decided to pay up 16990/- and get a usable Plasma, which they accepted readily and said I had to wait 3 months for their factory in Aurangabad to produce!

It is six months now, and still no sign of the TV and i have been talking to one Mr. Salunke of Videocon Aurangabad plant, to get the issue resolved.
Now the spin they are telling consumers is Plasma is outdated and so they stopped making it (This from a company which continues to thrive making Picture Tube based Televisions and has one of the largest capacity of CRT tubes!) and so Mr. Salunke tried to sell me Air Conditioners and LCD TVs, which i don't require. After talking several months he never revealed who he is and always said to PROVIDE REFUND he has to talk to Higher Authorities in the company!

When I told Mr.SalunkeI had already purchased a LED TV from Panasonic and I don't need a Videocon LED TV, to my utter surprise he started telling me "Why do you buy foreign goods and trouble our Indian companies?" and I told him sternly If Local Brands like 'Video-CON' continue to cheat people of their bond money, foreign brands will only benefit from it".

Finally he agreed after several months of telephone calls, that he will return the DD of Rs. 16990/- and also talk to his SENIOR MANAGEMENT and get me the bond amount of Rs.7000/- along with 14% as I had demanded from him for settlement.

Now he has sent the DD back, along with the Bond and whenever i call up his Receptionist keeps telling he is busy and he will call back and he never calls back. Now his receptionist also tells me that I can forget about the Rs. 7000/- Bond money because that was never MEANT TO BE REFUNDED. She also tells me that the only way I can get some use of the Bond Money is to use it to buy a Videocon Fridge or AC from them on their terms!!!! These are items i absolutely don't need as I have better than Video-CON fridge at home and I am allergic to Air conditioners. His receptionist is very rude when answering phone calls, and also very blatant in telling me to forget about the Rs. 7000/- bond money! His receptionist also refuses to give his Direct number/contact as well.

IT IS SUCH A SAD THING THAT THIS WAS A BRAND I USED TO PROMOTE 10 YEARS AGO... I will not only never recommend their products, bit I will also narrate how this Company cheats consumers like me from the BOND MONEY as well! I will ensure that this story gets published in as many forums as possible.

The dealer has given bill only for 13,000 Rs and the rest 7000/- Rs they gave the BOND for PLASMA TV four years ago! On that 7000/- Rs even VAT is not applicable since it was money taken for the BOND.

I am approaching CONSUMER COURTS today. And anyone with any experience dealing with this 'Video-CON' Maano Ya Na Maano offer problem, please provide tips on how to handle this case in Consumer Courts. I am also in the process of consulting some lawyers for the same as well.

Any kind of feedback on this will be helpful.

videocon send a sms on my mobile that aap ka best offer-Recharge karen STV78 se aur payen 305 local min. muft 30 local min ka fayda aap ko 48hrs mein mil jayega . STV78 ki vaidhta 30din after 1 min. i recharged my mobile with STV78 and got 250 min. and 28 days validity .

Package ki price Jo hai oh kam honi chahiye bahut bade packages hai. Use nhi kar pate.
Flexi package Jo hai usme koi accha channels nhi hai package main kam channels hone chahiye Lekin acche channel chahiye Videocon Jo hai accha package ke bare main costumer se paisa khate hai sab.
