[Resolved] Videocon — [protected] cheating with customers | |||
On August 23 they took setup box charges and replace it and said it has 3 months warranty and now again it is not working. Yesterday on 27th of September they came and told us we have to change setup box but you have to pay service charges. If the Setup box is within warranty period and if its not working then its the responsibility of the company to change it. They are replacing with their old boxes and doing setting changes at their end and claiming customers to pay the charges for that. In every month we have some issue from their end and they wants us to pay for it. They are cheating with customers. We have already recharged it for 500 Rs. and we wants immediate refunds as we do not wants to continue their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
