[Resolved] Videocon — Account not updated after recharge | |||||
I have recharge with rs 300. But my account still showing end of subs date is 07-oct. And also receive email daily 'dear customer, your subscription is due for renewal, please recharge your d2h account before 07/10/2016. I have called multiple time and talk to executive they are not able to solve this and asked for engineer visit and say you have to pay visiting charge. So my question is why customer pay visiting charge related to your service problem.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
