[Resolved] Videocon — Casual approach by cse | |||||
Dear concern, I would like to you inform that, today onward my d2h was not playing. I have called cse 1st time then your cse told your d2h will be start within 20-30 min due to some sunrise problem, after that when i am called second time then your cse told me that your d2h will start within 1 hour, it will take some time due to sunrise. 3rd time i called after 2.5 hours then your cse told me your d2h have some problem so you need to log a complaint against this. And exucative will be contact within 24 hours. Now i want to know why your cse did not log a complaint in 1st time when my d2h has some technical problem, why they are giving me useless excuse. Why they are wasting my time. Since morning my d2h not playing and your cse log a complaint at after 3pm and now you required 24hr to solve this problem why??? Why they are taking this casually.??
