[Resolved] Videocon — D2h account not updated after recharge (worst customer service executive) | |||
Dear Sir/madam My self ankush bn chatterjee customer id number[protected] i have recharged my account on 16/10/16 with the amount of rs 275, but my d2h did not started, i have spoken with the customer service executive he took a complain (no[protected] and given me confidently assurance that my problem will be solved on 18/10/16 @03:58pm but the problem still remains the same i have again called the customer service executive on 18/10/16 and again the executive took another complain (no[protected] and """again confidentially""" assured me that my problem will be solved within 19/10/2016 @04:40pm Again the problem remains the same. Today i have called the customer service executive again and they did not take any action just told me it will sort out soon. but when asked them please clarify the time they become speechless, they can only say that wait till tomorrow again. I have given you all details of my complain, i will wait till tomorrow evening if the problem remains the same i will approach to the consumer court.
