Videocon D2H — Ala carte not removal

I have subscribed ala carte. Now i dont want to see star sports 1 worth Rs 34/- but I agreed to purchase another channel of same or more price but I don't want to see star sports 1 but they replied it's a 3 month locking period you can only add channel. I don't understand meaning of locking it's we only waste my money by adding more they don't remove the previous one and company enjoy the channel I don't want.
My money is valuable I don't want to give money I don't see

When i tried to mail them their replied was below:

This is with reference to your e-mail dated March 30, 2016, regarding Videocon d2h services for customer id[protected].


We would like to inform you that as per the Terms & Condition policy the lock in period of Star Sports 1 channel is three months from the date of activation. Further please be informed that the lock in period of Star Sports 1 channel will be over on June 15, 2016. We request you to please write back to us after complete of lock in period for the same.

They have made such a money plundering policy for ala carte custermer so that we wont take ala carte rather take their own customized base packages & they keep raising money and we waste our money using them. They allow one month locking period with base package and 3 months locking period with own customised & no base package.
What we can say. Their replied was such you can add packaga for again 3 months locking period but cant remove them.
It is completely plundering of customer money in the name of term & policy they need amendment.

I am here for justice and videocon d2h is trying to justify there answer in name of terms and conditions policy.
They are not helping me.
Sir, The consumer forum authority videocon d2h has made such money plundering policy for own customised channels user so that we wont opt for ala carte rather use there own customised costly base packages. Sir two question if d2h is able to answer
Why have they given 3 month locking period for ala carte user and 1 month locking period with videocon d2h customized base packages?
Why are they still allowing ala carte user to add channels any time but can be removed up to 3 months?

This is soo true when one channel is subscribed with lock-in-period you can't unsubscribe from it, where other d2h service providers are giving every day recharges, videocon is doing worst . I want to surrender my connection and go with some other d2h service provider . Shame on Videocon D2h showing us Terms and policy but so resolution. I would like others to do the same . .

I have recharged on Videocon d2h and want to remove topper package from my existing package.
I have called multiple times on registered number : [protected] but no one is answering us and continuously coming busy and if you hold phone after 2-3 minutes phone is getting disconnected automatically.

I have tired with followup with videocon and geeting no answer from them .

I am paying him extra money from past two months

Same problem is here videocon is not removing my ala carte channels too, this condition should be removed as soon as possible, TRAI should also make some rule for it so that we can remove any channel as and when we want.
