[Resolved] Videocon — D2H charging user for their internal support issues | |||||
15 aug day of independence and today d2h shut down all channels subscribed with a message showing as insufficient balance. On complaining they said they will send engineer which is chargeable rs.200 each visit. For last 2 months this has been repeating and engineers are refusing to provide bill for the amount taken. Today again repeat complaints they say channels are not shut, then where is the problem. Is it the substandard set top box or the service provider mischief to loot subscribers of rs. 200 every alternate month? Also to top over it d2h customer service people are forcing to subscribe to channel which is not required. This has to be repeatedly inform them on same call, its disgusting the tactics used to charge customer. D2h is now providing faulty service and charging customer for their incompetence that too without bill so no proof is recorded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
