Videocon D2H — complaining about d2h service | |||||
Sir, As per the order of the trai, i have opted for the following packages:-otv, zee tv, sony tv, discovery and star channels in my set up box. I am a service provider of videocon d2h, bearing no[protected]. Since the last one weak my set is getting only free channels, nothing else. I have tried my level best at least 10 times a day to contact the customer care service of videocon d2h but they are not picking up the phone, even i have send an email in this regard but there is no response & most importantly they cut my service with out any information. I don't know how to solve my problem, thus i request you to kindly interface and do the needful.. Your's faithfully G.
