[Resolved] Videocon — D2H Complaint, pathetic service | |||||
One of the most worst pathetic service provided. They are really not capable of resolving customer issues. They are really good at cheating customers by debiting money. To split a mirror connection, they are asking customer to recharge of 4 months when asked, that their rule. They say that their back end would contact and manager would contact 2 hours and not even rcvd a call so far. Absolutely pathetic service. Their verification process of RTN is the worst. They accept calls from anyone if they customer id and act accordingly. They dont verify the id and nothing.
