Must say the customer care of videocon D2h is only super active when the subscription has to be renewed. post that there is absolutely no after services provided. the customer care number is always busy, i have been trying that customer care number for a month now. post putting a mail there was a response and confirmation that an engineer will be provided. the engineer called after a days time and confirmed that he will reach on time to the location. but post that have been trying to call the engineer but he is also not answering calls. PATHETIC customer service they have, i have never witnessed such a low level of service with any of brand services that i have availed so far. Was this information helpful? | |||||
