[Resolved] Videocon D2H — D2h connection signals not available | |||
Hi iam Videocon d2h user for the last 2-3 yrs. I had no issues except small issues till 10.08.2016. Today that is 11.08.2016 onwards one of service engineer came to resolve my neighbors connection problem (4 feet distance). In tht process he fiddled with my d2h cable too and I lost connection. When I ask customer care people they says that you have to pay Rs. 200 for service to engineer. I don't understand he come creates the problem and asking me to pay for the same.is this one way of earning money by fooling customer.? Does Videocon hasan answer? My customer I'd is[protected].
