[Resolved] Videocon — D2h fraud by deactivating service 15 days before the due date | |||||
TO start with this is the worst service ever. I have recharged with 1383 on 25th September last month foe entire month on all 4 set top boxes i have. EVen then service is discontinued since last 5 days shamelessly. Customer care people said they are helpless and registered a complaint and said someone from backend team will contact after 2 days. This is just very very poor service. I hope this complaint to be looked at the highest priority as this has caused tremendous mental agony to me and my family. I need refund and apology.
