Videocon d2h Limited And Retailer Distributer — recharge amount not debited in my d2h account

Recharge amount-100rs

I have pay 100rs to retailer.
Retailer has cheat me to show fake message to success your recharge but actually recharge failed amount not debit in my account.

I have complaint many time to retailer and videocon d2h customer care.

Videocon d2h say i am not supported to this case. But why to me not support this case. My money not black. I have earning money is limited and earning source is very tough.

Or retailer not support me and show fake message.
