[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — non refund of subscription & installation fees

On 15.08.2018 i had subscribed to videocon d2h having customer id[protected] by paying rs. 2200 and as said the installation was to be done within 2 days by an engineer. The installation was attempted 3 times but due to wiring problems in the building the same could not be done. As it is a society building there is no provision to put up dish on the roof and extend wire through balcony, instead a common deck was in use for connection.
Hence i had cancelled the connection on 23.08.2018 and asked for refund. Since then regular e-mail and follow up over phone is being done by me but there is no update regarding the refund status. Everytime i am being informed that the matter is being escalated but there is no end result.
The refund should not take much time as neither any dish or set top box is in my name nor the connection is active.
Kindly resolve the issue.

Please read the trail mails which are being sent from 23rd august 2018 regarding cancellation of connection and refund.
I have not yet received the refund and the matter is getting escalated every time. I have donot have any dish or set top box of videocon with me as there was no installation done. Why should this take so much time?
Further delay might bound me to take the matter through legal terms.
You are requested to do the needful.

As per your statement since refund is already done on 18.09.2018 at your end, you are to share the transaction details and where is the refund made, as I have not received any refund in my account from which payment was made online. I also checked with my card issuer Bank regarding the matter but there is no amount blocked at their end. Your mere statement wont suffice any customers issues or queries.
