Videocon D2H — payment not reflected in videocon d2h account | |||
My customer id[protected]. I paid an amount of rs.500/- on 6th february 2019 early morning. The sbi bank reference is as follows: 6-feb[protected]feb-2019) to transfer Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments [protected]igafitgdj2 500.00. This amount is paid through videocon d2h app link under instant recharge and after payment i have not received any confirmation message. Videocon d2h wants us to pay through online. After we pay, they do not show the credit against our Account. They do not respond as to how the paid amount do not get reflected. They indicate that this amount must have got credited to some other account, which they are not sure about. They try to collect from us a fresh recharge payment. The online payment portal of videocon is not fool proof and I feel they do it with some motive to earn more from Customers. I have lost Rs.756/- already and contemplating to go for some other operators. My Customer no is[protected]. My payment was made on[protected] and is yet to be credited.
