Videocon D2H — Re-Installation | |||
(We bought this LCD T.V. 32 Inch T.V. from STAR CJ by online. My Order no. [protected] dated 21.10.2013, Invoice no.[protected], Amount is Rs. 19990/- Model No. VAG-32 HV-YFA, Sr. No.[protected] I planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1Km away from the old address... so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and re installation of the equipment so they field my request and they gave me a reference number... promising the engineer would visit in 24hrs... but i didn't got any response ... so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs... but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)... same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference number bu NOTHING HAPPENED... the same way i call up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response ... so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here ... expecting an early atleast now...
