Videocon D2H — service engineer did not visit my place | |||
Myself am a user of (Videocon) d2h. Was working good till the past weak, suddenly the services got stopped - no signal due to dense clouds is the message am seeing but experiencing no clouds and 42degrees temperature. Did call the service engineer who is just dragging the issue, but did not visit my place. When i spoke to them about consumer forum, ' go ahead - none can do a damage to us ', was their answer. I do not request but demand for the loss i had and the mental strain which i had. Was this information helpful? | |||
