Videocon D2H — trai complaint against videocon d2h-your urgent resolution required | |||
Hi trai, I am using videocon d2h past 4 years. Yesterday[protected] i recharged rs 400 for july month. After successfully recharged i switch on tv, but got signal is not available issue. So i contacted customer care for reboot the signal. They tried but got same issue. Today[protected] technical support person came to my house to check the signal strength and he said, we need to shift the dish antenna. I replied to him i will discuss and inform you. Two months before also i got same issue, that time technical support person came to fix the issue. That time i paid amount rs 200 for fix the issue. Today also i paid rs 200 for came to check the signal strength but issue is not fixed. If we shift the location of dish antenna for that we need to pay rs750. So what i decided to cancel my recharge and immediately inform to customer care executive. They didn't give proper response. So i asked them to give manger number, they gave, i called but he didn't pick the call. His name is rajasekar[protected]. Technical support contact number - [protected]. Now i want cancel my recharge and i need my money back. I want to change other provider. So trai i kindly request you to resolve the issue and i need my money back.
