[Resolved] Videocon — Defect in 2 nos sockets (one-16, AMP 2nd-10AMP) and one off/on switch

I made a complaint on[protected] no. Gfo30115, same was forwarded to mr. Jagdamba service center. Sh. Jatinder sharma came to my residence on[protected] it self which is highly appreciate able, but he changed only one off/on switch and as regards 2-sockets he said that he can not change as these are melted. I request you to kindly get these sockets replaced keeping in view the highly trusted havels company
