Videocon DTH — Facing problems in every 2-3 months | |||
We are using Videocon DTH service since two yrs & even there is no single month in which I have not faced the problem. When call to customer care for problem they are asking for charges. Today (8 Nov'15) again DTH stop the working & I have called at customer care & again he has asked for visiting charges 150 rupees. I am just asking you why you people don't have permanent solution ?
