On[protected] I recharged my accouunt with Rs.200/- and my due date for current recharge is[protected]. I have received a sms saying the recharge successful and my new recharge due date as[protected]. I do not understand how you arrive at the due dates. Even at the beginning also the same thing happened and after I sent a email complaining the same was rectified. Even now before recharging I have sent two email to you and your nodal office for which I am yet to receive. I am forwarding all my my mails to the appropriate authorities I requested only SD set top box whereas your people told as the same is not available they provided HD set top box. Package also I wanted only flexi pack with tamil addon at Rs99/- and Rs.61/0 respectively. I am very much perturbed by the way the customer service functions. I am sorry tell that I may have to revert to my old d2h provider apart from taking remedial steps to your goodselves for what all the things done to me together with compensation.
