[Resolved]  Videocon — False commitments and complaints are closed without solving them

Needed to reinstall my d2h, requested Customercare more than 3 times, they took the request and only closed it without sending enginners till date.
Poor and pathatic staff on the phone and no seriousness to resolve my request till now.
Can anyone higher authority look in to my complaints or im i forced to change the service provider, the service sucks
