Hi,
I have been using D2H from last 4 years, I took the gold HD package which was available at that time and was having very few HD channels, however I was promised that all HD channels will be automatically added to my package once available without any additional charge. Now I can see that there are some good number of HD channels which are not visible to me.
I spoke to customer care and they were not helping in any form, they told me that they will transfer the call to senior and disconnected the call. This is truly unprofessional. This service we get if we are customer for so long.
Why should I pay extra for HD channels if I have a GOLD package, now you are coming up with different packages for which the charges are too high why should I pay that as I was told that all HD channel are included in GOLD package ( I don't care about English HD channel, but all HINDI should be included).
If you are not able to include it in my package then please refund my money and I will switch to other service. I cannot stuck with this for next one year just because I have recharge my account for long term.
Please advise.
