hi my name is vijay my village name is (surandai) my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) iam last year 09/10/2014 purchase a new mobile in videocon z40pro AND THE MOBILE is hacking problem in 19/02/2015 and i going to your service centre in tenkasi(chennai cell care) but mobile is not redy in that date(21/04/2015) ... and pls quick my mobile service pls (or) my money return pls Was this information helpful? | |||

VIJAY5014 THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY BUNDLED COMPANY. I PERSONALLY SUGEST CUSTOMER DONT BUY VIDEOCON MOBILE NEVER PURCHASED A MOBILE IN THIS TYPE OF COMPANY, I AM ALSO FACING THIS KIND OF PROBLEM. I THINK SENIOR IS NOT COMANDING. IS SERVICE CENTRE IS LIKE A HORABLE FILM.
