Videocon Industries — 50" uhd led tv replacement approved months back but not getting it | |||
My videocon 50" uhd led tv is under warrenty period and has a panel complaint. It was with the company service center for product replacement for about 6 months now but not getting it replaced. The authorised people say the replacement is approved but no product available. My complaint reference number is coc[protected]. This company has no product standards, even after getting a new product as replacement for another videocon refrigerator. The same set of problem in my fridge.
