Videocon Industries — account not working-website/application/customer care/ services not working

Please do the needful for changing rtn [protected] to new rtn [protected]

Also not able to login on website and application as messages from d2h are not coming for reset password and otp.
Even not able to register with new email id.

Customer care no. [protected] is connection to airtel and sms are not going to [protected]
