Dear Sir/ Madam, This is regarding online payment of inr 1811 done for account[protected] registered on the name of Mr Surendra Singh (my father) Payment was done on 26th July / reference number [protected]IGALPLXG as showing on my SBi account. We are calling regularly to the customer care since then however everything they are telling to wait for 24 hours. The money is neither returned to my SBI account / Nor credited to D2h. May I request you to please look into the matter urgently and resolve the same ASAP.
