[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Big fraud. Not returning my money after cancelling annual subscription | |||||
Customer id :[protected] I have registered for annual subscription (and paid online) on 16th Nov 2016 and got my connection on 20th Nov 2016. However because of internal cabling issues in my apartment STB was not getting full signal and hence I disconnected the box on 24th Nov 2016, which is just 8 days after the connection request and 4 days after the connection is activated. Now, as per their policy whatever is remaining in my account balance (which is like some 5200+ rupees) has to be given back to my in the form of a cheque. Its been more than 60 days now and still they are not returning MY hard earned money. Around 30th of November they said they will send me a cheque which will reach me in 15 days. Till now I have not received it. When I started calling them for confirmation on 23rd of Jan, Mr. Naresh Thakur (senior supervisor at the call center) says he raised the concern at high priority and I will receive a call back from their backend team before evening. From that day, I was calling them daily and each time he says the same (surprising that everytime he is the senior supervisor there). Till now no call back, which mean no money back. @Videocon people, try not to cheat on people by stealing their hard earned money., and please return my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
