Videocon Industries — change my registered telephone number and name of customer.

I have lost my phone at which sim is aatched with them so sim number also lost with them so I unable to find the phone nad number. So please change my registered telephone number . And according to videocon d2h customer name is entered wrong so change the customer name to pusu saryam. As soon as possible .
