Videocon Industries — channels not playing

Hi sir/mam, this is giri varma my customer id[protected]. Today morning around 7:30 am no channels were displayed in my tv. By that i checked my balance and recharged with 400/-. I got the recharge successful message. But still no channels were displayed. I've contacted their customer center although there is no use in that. None of the channel is telecasted. Their is no alert message of low balance by their side. I need a solution for this.

Videocon satellite lcd tv other functionality is working good. D2h only not working. I will try to contact customer care last one month. that tv is 3 yrs warranty and I also saw a tag of 3 years warranty.

Registered number is [protected] from last month we cannt open the d2h already we have paid the amount. Several times we are trying to call on coustomer care nobody answering the call i have email also but no reply den we msg qr code again from registered numbet still not any answerrd

I tried Since 2 months to contact D2h Customer carebut Everytime they are busy.. I am not satisfied to Of their work.. They Cut balance And didnt work.. Do something For My D2H connection..

My Videcon D2H Customer ID is 63912284
I have just recharged may D2H via net banking. Rs 245 has been cut from my account But recharge was unsuccessful.
Bank reference no. for this payment with Bharat Businesses Channel is IGAFSHZBX6.
Please solve this problem immediately
