Videocon Industries — channels not received and no resolution by videocon customer care | |
I am an subscriber of videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] and having problem in receiving channels as per subscription. I have been following up with the call center since feb 21 and the set up box was changed twice. The call center number is not reachable or busy most of the time. Even if the call connects, it is on hold for a very long time and sometimes disconnected. I think some other customer's id is configured into our system as i am seeing other customer id[protected] on my tv instead of mine. I have reported this multiple times to the call center but the issue has not been resolved even after almost a month. Was this information helpful? | |

Videocon d2h is not giving requested bouquets. Submitted request 10 times through web & app.
Their helpline is not helpful & give evasive reply & repeatedily ask to submit request again but nothing is happening.
