[Resolved] Videocon Industries — charged wrongly | |||||
Hello sir, I registered a complain that my videocon d2h is not working. I kept on complaining for 3 days and then the engineer came over. When he came over he did a temporary fix by fixing it with tape and said part he will install later and took money from my mom. Engineer came over to my place took rs 200 cash from my mom and you guys also deducted rs200 from my account. I have been complaining about it for past 4 days to credit the amount to my account but nothing is happening. Can you please help me out. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear sir i have replaced the set top box on[protected]they give 3months warranty but problem starts on[protected] after giving complaint co, telling pay 200₹ to their engineer why i pay to engineer because problem starts in their own product so please guide me &videocond2h
