My name Ashish sharma I have lodged a complaint of Videocon TV which is under Warranty period to repair its Panal on dated 15.12.2018. Complaint No : GHA[protected] From that day i have continuously followup the status of my complaint. I have made so many calls on customer care and each time they tell me that your problem will be resolved within 2-3 days. But till date i have not get any positive response from Videocon company. Today finally, I have talked with Mr. Chandra Shekher(West U.P Manager) on Mob no : [protected] & Mr. Darpan(Area Manager) But it is very surprising for me that instead of resolving my problem Mr. Chandra Shekher(Head) misbehave during telephonic conversation. Now it very difficult for me to find out the right person who will take necessary action to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
