Already i registered the complaint. Intermittently the channels are restored and now the same complaint persist. The smart card location or any other details are not accessible to us as the set top box sealed and cannot be opened without breaking the seal. As such your display of error is not true. The recharge done on[protected] online is not updated in the account. Even today morning i have made the complaint. This state of error is being displayed by you for the past 3 months at the time recharging though it has been done on the due date, you are not able to locate customer id for the payment or crediting a wrong customer and penalizing the right customer. If this is the state of your customer care, then there is no use of continuing with your brand services. Please take immediate action and rectify it within today.

Customer name: A Aravind ID: 93453640 card no:[protected] for the past 3 months at the time of recharging date the above complaint displayed and with no channel even though recharges already done. For the present case online recharges is done on[protected] but it is not updated by you till date. please rectify and confirm my sms. Please do rectify the same and see that this does not happen again. Please note that we don't know where the smart card is in the set top box as it is completely sealed. But in the notification it is saying that the smart card has not been properly inserted or pull the smart card slightly and push till it is firmly places inside the slot or insert the smart card in the right direction as indicated on the card. The question of doing all these will arise only when we know the place where the smart card is inside the set top box. Hence avoid these flimsy tricks and try to update the payment then and there and be consumer friendly. Otherwise you will loose a valuable customer.

Please also note that the cell number or the landline(toll free)displaying in your d2h home channel1 is not useful to the customer. When I dialed the Toll free number, I I get the response as " please verify the number you dialed. For the cell no, the reply is giving the information to dial the toll free number or to wait on line as all the representatives are busy in attending customers and I held the phone for 3 to 4 minutes by spending Rs5 to 6 but still it is giving the same reply and I tried 3 times as such. So modify your programming in the above two category either your representative will call us back if we hold for a minimum of 1 minute or make a provision to SMS to a particular cell number for registering the complaint. If SMS we spent only Rs1 and the complaint will reach you and you have to respond by sending the complaint registration number to follow up.

Intermittent connection for an hour is received in the evening but now no channel. Please update our payment details first and take action on the person who is doing this mischief for the past 3 month and avoid it in future
