Videocon Industries — d2h - illegal charges - refused to provide any receipt | |||
Customer account number: 43542255 On 30th june, 2:00 pm, videocon d2h representative visited my place as my connection had disturbances. The representative changed only 1 cable connector and charged me rs. 150 for the connector. The representative refused to provide me any receipt for the charges and refused to deduct the amount from my account (As it would be recorded). I am highly confident that the connector does not cost rs. 150 and the charges were completely illegal. Was this information helpful? | |||
