[Resolved] Videocon Industries — D2H Providing Worst service in chennai | |||||
Plz dont go for videocon d2h in chennai city. they are proviing worstest service. i was given a complaint to resolve my problem in 17 dec 2016. but as of now they are not taking any step to resolve this. Everyday m calling to customer care 3-4 times, they are saying that we need max 8 working hours. when i given the complain in first day they said will try to send the engineer by today, but that day nobody called me. when i called on monday they said i sent your ticket as high priority ... but as the cyclone happened in chennai it will take max 3-4 days, but will try to close your issue dotay.when i called in the next day they said i need max 8 working hours. so i was given time upto 24 dec...but no result. so i called in 25 dec 11.10 am and i talked with senoir supervisor, he said need max 8 working hour.but no solution.after that m calling daily to customer care 3-4 times everyday and talking with team lead he also telling same thing. I purchased a videocon 4k hd led led tv in august 2016 but now there are black spots visible near the bottom edge.The tv is still under warranty period so i request any customer service official to inspect the condition.
