[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h set top box not working properly | |||
Hello, My videocon d2h set top box is taking more than 20 minutes to start. This problem is started 4-5 months back. Gradually wait time for set top box to get started has increased. I tried calling customer care multiple times to send engineer or get set top box replaced but till now no response from videocon. Either no one picks up the call or they keep redirecting me. Every time i call they ask me to call a new number. Customer care representatives speak only in kannada and no english or hindi so, communicating to them is again a big challenge for me. I have even sent a mail but there is no response for that as well. Please send the engineer to replace the set top box. Kindly fix the issue at the earliest.
