[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h worst service ever inspite of making payment of rs. 5056.00 for annual hd service | |||
I made mail complaint on 24th nov 2018 for d2h service which is not working due to technical problem. Still problem persists and not been rectified. Twice engineer came but of no use. My several complaints n calls to toll free number, went in vain. Can any responsible person is there in this company who can attend to my complaints? I called several times to toll free number but not attended by supervisor and all the time call used to get disconnected. But no one was bothered to call back not resolve my issue.
