Videocon Industries — dth relocation request not completed after 4 days and 3 complaints

I have request to relocate my dth on 17/8/18 and it's not been done after 4 days and 3 complaints. My videocon d2h id is[protected]... I didn't get a call from any regarding the same... Services in sivagangai are the worst... I spoke to supervisor and everytime they say i'll escalate the issue to concern department and wait for 8 hours...
