Videocon Industries — failing to refund the mistakenly deducted amount from d2h account | |
Sir, I am using videocon d2h services for the past 15 months. Customer id is[protected] Recently i relocated my residence and i had raised a request with you for the same. Relocation was completed successfully on 09 sep 2018. I paid inr 500 (450 relocation charges as informed+50 for extra length of cable) to the technician who visied my house for installation. But, my account has been debited with inr 400. I had spoke to the customer care supervisor multiple times for the refund of the amount for the past two weeks. Still there is no action from your side. Everytime i am the one who has to follow up for this issue. I request you to take proper action asap. I have spent so much time and money to follow up this issue along with the mental stress. This issue requires a fair consideration and compensation. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest i would be taking necessary legal action against you for your irresponsibility.
