This is a general comment feedback and concern. I have some specific feedback to Videocon D2H. Recently I needed some service and I had my own point of view and argument on the decision. Policies – They blindly go by the policies without understanding special use cases or exceptions. Difficult cases – When a case is bit difficult and not usual or fitting into the policy they simply skip their responsibilities. It feels like they are stalkers. I had to escalate 3 times and each time re-iterate my point of view and situation. They just say they will call back but they never do so. You have to follow up again and again Their customer care front ending representatives feel like they are lethargic, laid-back and non-responsive. They do not understand your point and just give scripted or useless responses. You really get irritated after interacting with them. When you want to transfer the call to floor manager, they put you on hold and fool you saying that managers are busy and try to disconnect. Overall poor professionalism and lack of commitment.
