[Resolved] Videocon Industries — I am facing channel mismatch issue. | |||
My customer id is 72621556 since last few days i am facing following problems with videocon d2h : I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When i changed channel to ‘discovery channel’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some d2h home 1 and this is happening for more than 4-5 channels. Other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, i think this migth be the problem of channel mismatch, my operator is about to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 year of warranty), i think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.
