As we are not getting the messages. Please help us as soon as possible. Please we are checking for last 3 day we are getting solution to the problem please help us this is our kind request to you. I am unable to select my favourite channels due to your third class app and customer care. App is not responding nither registering nor sending password on RTN. Customer care is nither accepting RTN nor customer ID.

I have chosen 125 channels according to new trai rule. But all channels are not coming. Only few channels are coming. My earlier channel pack is also not working. Only some rubbish channels are coming. I called d2h costumer care, but they did not respond.
