Dear sir/madam, My father is a current subscriber of videocon d2h. His customer id is[protected].The subscription is registered under the name of Zanual. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name and address both.So i request you to change the name to Mr.Bijai kumar, which is my father's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.
