[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Led is not working panel problem | |||
Hi my name is arun kumar on 30 th january i purchased videocon led tv but from last 20 days. I was watching dust on led screen. So i calls to customer. Care thn engineer came to fix the problem. But he told me panal has been damaged so it will be change 8 days has been completed but i am not getting. Any responce from videocon company side. I called to videocon in muzaffarnagar mr narendra told me our office is going to relocate so your problem. Will be resolve after may be 8 or more then 8 days i asked reson he told me because we don't have panal to fix the problem so that is not my fault.
