Videocon Industries — led tv failed second time | |||||
There customer service number not working I bought a 3d tv for inr 60000 from vijay sales, delhi, lajpat nagar. Its display failed last year and they replaced my tv with non 3d tv. Replacement tv failed again. I sent svc message to 53030 as per their website, with no response till now. I am no where now. Not sure whats going to happen next. Will i loose my 60k.
